The work stream will help you start taking actions for your job search, motivate you with the enhancement of your skills and to feel followed in your recruitment process. Whether it’d be individually or in group, we have tools adapted to your needs.
Individual Counselling
You will have the opportunity to receive customized coaching following your rhythm to go towards Quebec’s job market. You will also:
- Receive material helping professional satisfaction
- Obtain concrete strategies and help to find a job
- Acquire self-confidence in front of an employer
- Find an answer to your questions concerning your next job
Group session
This 8 weeks fix date project will give you the opportunity to acquire all of the necessary tools for your job search, while at the same time receiving a stipend based on your participation. In this project, you will, among other things, take part in:
- Preparing for your job interview
- Workshops on different aspects of the job market
- Different group activities
- Company tours
- Developing your professional network of contacts
- Breaking your solitude
